Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop

SENEX™ – a brand of PIB Fashion Ltd.

– hereinafter referred to as "Seller" –
and the customer.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is only concluded upon an explicit order confirmation by e-mail or by the dispatch of the goods.
3. Products & Intended Use
(1) All products offered by SENEX are food supplements within the meaning of the applicable legal provisions.
(2) Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
(3) The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
(4) The products must be kept out of reach of small children.
(5) The products offered are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
(6) If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or having existing medical conditions, a doctor should be consulted before taking the product.
4. Prices
(1) All prices are in Euro (EUR), unless otherwise stated.
(2) Unless legally obliged to pay VAT (company domicile Hong Kong), no separate VAT will be shown.
(3) Shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available (depending on the country):

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Shipping & Delivery Times
(1) Delivery is made via DHL or equivalent shipping service providers.
(2) Non-binding delivery times:
Germany: approx. 5–6 working days
EU: approx. 6–7 working days
International: up to 10 working days
(3) The indicated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Transfer of Risk
(1) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
(2) For entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon handover to the shipping service provider.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

9. Liability
(1) The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
(3) Liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Obvious defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
11. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, texts, logos, designs, and product descriptions are subject to copyright and other protective rights.
Use without express written consent is not permitted.
13. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://senexpeptides.com.
14. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction
(1) The law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the Seller's registered office.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
15. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
16. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
