Why the pen format?

The pen replaces manual reconstitution and drawing from a vial with a closed, pre-dosed system featuring a readable scale. For a three-component stack, this particularly highlights its strength: reproducible withdrawal quantities without repeated handling and, since GHK-Cu is sensitive to light and oxidation, significantly reduced air contact with each withdrawal.

The compounds at a glance

GHK-Cu is a bioidentical copper peptide consisting of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine and a divalent copper ion. It is discussed in the literature in connection with tissue homeostasis and regenerative processes. A detailed classification can be found in the article What is GHK-Cu?

BPC-157 is a synthetically produced peptide whose sequence is derived from a protein described in human gastric juice.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment modeled after a section of the body's own Thymosin Beta-4.

The compilation follows the observation that these three compounds are frequently considered together in research literature. Whether and how this results in a combined effect is the subject of ongoing investigations.

State of Research

None of the included compounds are approved as pharmaceuticals in any country. Accordingly, there is no officially approved application and no approved dosage. A large part of the published data comes from cell culture and animal models.

Storage in a laboratory context

The pen is stored cool, dry, and protected from light. GHK-Cu is light-sensitive, which is why storage in the original pen is common. After opening, stability is significantly reduced.
